UPDATE about my lawsuit against MSNBC. Many of you know that I have filed lawsuits against the mainstream media to fight back against their unyielding efforts to destroy people like us. Our institutions have been corrupted, and one example of this is the concerted effort by the mainstream media to ruin the name and reputations of effective people who are standing up for the truth. Recently, a Clinton appointed judge dismissed my case against MSNBC. This judge stated that it's perfectly fine for MSNBC to say that I "broke into the Capitol", that I "confessed to helping attack officers", and that there is nothing wrong with MSNBC showing footage of somebody else inciting the crowd and saying it was me. NONE of these things are true. And NO- it's NOT ok for MSNBC to knowingly spread these lies to an international audience. And despite this judge's opinion- it's actually still NOT ok for a media outlet to report that people committed crimes that they did not commit. My lawyer and I decided from the beginning that we are going to fight until the bitter end. We knew that taking on the media would not be easy, and that we'd face many defeats along the way. But we're not going to stop. Because they CAN NOT be allowed to keep lying and doing this to people. We WILL eventually get to the right judge who is fair, and who remembers what justice is.
